Pioneering the Hyrbid athlete movement
Our boutique classes are expertly designed to deliver dynamic, results-driven workouts for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. We blend multiple training disciplines, from Cross Training, HYROX, Gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting, to Functional Bodybuilding.
Functional Bodybuilding
Strength focused classes that blends bodybuilding with functional training to build muscle, stability and movement efficiency.
Gymnastics
Skill-based classes focused on developing bodyweight control, strength and mobility through gymnastics movements to improve body tone.
Hybrid endurance
High intensity endurance classes combining HYROX, CrossFit & functional fitness to build stamina, grit and overall aerobic capacity.
Strength & Power
High performance strength based sessions focusing on compound lifts to develop raw power, explosive strength and muscular endurance.
Hyrox Engine
High intensity endurance classes designed to build the engine needed for HYROX races, focusing on sustained effort, pacing and muscular endurance.
Hyrox Strength
Strength-focused classes designed to build the power needed for HYROX races, focusing on progressive strength and efficiency under fatigue.
