Functional Bodybuilding

Strength focused classes that blends bodybuilding with functional training to build muscle, stability and movement efficiency.

Gymnastics

Skill-based classes focused on developing bodyweight control, strength and mobility through gymnastics movements to improve body tone.

Hybrid endurance

High intensity endurance classes combining HYROX, CrossFit & functional fitness to build stamina, grit and overall aerobic capacity.

Strength & Power

High performance strength based sessions focusing on compound lifts to develop raw power, explosive strength and muscular endurance.

Hyrox Engine

No, we operate on a flexible month-to-month basis — no contracts or long-term commitments required.

No, membership plans are valid for the month purchased and do not carry over to the next month.

Unfortunately, no. All sessions need to be used within the month they are allocated.

Yes! We have ladies-only classes available on our schedule, with a welcoming and empowering atmosphere.

Yes! We welcome all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete, our coaches will guide and scale workouts to suit your needs.
